MELBOURNE, Fla. (September 16, 2021) – To celebrate Allegiant’s new ultra-low fare flights from Melbourne to Pittsburgh, Nashville and Concord, North Carolina, Melbourne Orlando International Airport (MLB) is offering free parking for up to three days to passengers that fly on Allegiant throughout November and December. The new flights to all three cities are on Thursdays and Sundays, and perfect for a 3-day weekend getaway to somewhere new. *
“This is just one more thing we can do to make the new flights even easier and more affordable for families, couples and groups of friends who are eager to get out of town,” said Airport Executive Director Greg Donovan, A.A.E. “Not only is this our community’s chance to book a low-cost and low-stress weekend getaway, but it’s also a chance to support our hometown airport with the necessary bookings the airport needs to prove to the airlines we want more.”
Passengers can receive the free parking promotion in three simple steps:
- Book a flight from MLB on AllegiantAir.com
- Enjoy a fun getaway to Nashville, Pittsburgh or Concord
- Present Allegiant boarding pass to cashier when exiting the airport parking lot
The new flights on Allegiant are a great opportunity to visit the famous Music City, tour the deep history and culture of Pittsburgh, and explore the mountains of North Carolina. Allegiant’s airport in Concord is also located 25 minutes from Downtown Charlotte. To assist in travel planning, city guides are available on MLB’s website for Nashville and Pittsburgh.
For travelers flying on Delta Air Lines and American Airlines, MLB provides the cheapest and closest on-site parking among all Central Florida airports at just $12 a day in long-term and $14 a day in short-term.
