Honor Our Veterans! Rally Your Team! Win A Guardian Spot on an Honor Flight!
Calling all community groups, employers, schools, churches, civic organizations, neighborhoods, and friend groups:
👉 Form a team and compete for a chance to send one member as a Guardian Escort on a future Space Coast Honor Flight to Washington, D.C.
How Teams Win:
Teams earn points by coming together and attending the Space Coast Honor Flight Welcome Home Celebration at Melbourne Orlando International Airport June 13 at 8:30 p.m.
3 Easy Steps:
- Register: Create your team and sign up below (10 points)
- One team captain (age 18+) per group. You’ll receive a confirmation email with official team name, RSVP link, and sharing tips.
- Rally: Share the link and invite members to RSVP using your official team name (1 point per person)
- Participants will receive an email ticket with QR Code for your Team.
- Show up: Present tickets during the Welcome Home on May 16 at MLB. (5 points per person)
- A Team Check-in Table will be set up in Baggage Claim area
The team with the most points wins. The winner will be announced by June 22, 2026.
One member of the winning team will be randomly selected from among the team’s eligible* attendees to receive a pre-paid Guardian spot on a future Honor Flight, coordinated with the Space Coast Honor Flight organization. The selected recipient may gift the Guardian spot to another eligible team member.
Honor Flight Guardian Escorts accompany Veterans to Washington DC to provide physical assistance and emotional companionship, ensuring a memorable safe experience for heroes who served. Being an Honor Flight Guardian is a privilege, often leading to deep and lasting friendships.
*Guardians must be between 18+ years and able to push a wheelchair with a Veteran up a slight incline, walk long distances (approximately 5 miles), and stand for 30 minutes or more.
