The Florida Tech Research Park was unveiled in late 2009 as a dynamic partnership between Melbourne International Airport and the Florida Institute of Technology to foster economic development, create jobs and increase the Space Coast’s high-tech competitiveness. The park’s mandate is to ally with businesses to identify, facilitate and accelerate innovation so it can more rapidly be brought to market.
